Can I add additional lots to a bidder's invoice after the sale is over?

Yes, please email support@liveauctioneers.com the request. Provide us with the bidder's information, the date of the auction, the lot(s), and the hammer price of the lot(s).  
Additionally, we need email confirmation from the bidder stating they are accepting the additional lot(s) for the stated price. We will add the lot(s) to the invoice on our end.
