How to Enable Next Day Transfers

LivePayments offers Next Day Transfers to help you access your funds when you need them. With Next Day Transfers, any balance of $200 or more by 9:00pm ET will be disbursed to your bank account the following business day.

To enable Next Day Transfers: 

1. Visit your seller dashboard and click the “Payments” tab.
2. Then, click “Activate” under the section that says “Next Day Transfers”
3. A confirmation window will appear, click "Yes" to agree to the 0.5% fee and turn on Next Day Transfers.

To receive transfers the following day you must activate by 9:00pm ET, otherwise the transfer will be made the next business day

Please Note: During catalog set up you will be prompted to select your disbursement preference. Next Day Transfers is the default option, but if you prefer, you can choose to receive 2x weekly transfers. You can also enable/disable Next Day transfers from the "Payments" tab on  your seller dashboard.

Is there a cost to use Next Day Transfers?

There is a 0.5% fee (with a minimum fee of $1) deducted from the disbursement amount of each transfer.

Is there a minimum balance needed for transfers?

Once enabled, balances of $200 and greater will be transferred to your bank account each day. The maximum transfer amount is $100,000. If your balance is greater than $100,000 you will receive the remaining balance in the following day transfer.

When will I get my funds?

All transactions collected by 9:00pm ET will be disbursed to bank accounts the following business day. Funds typically clear before the afternoon of the following business day, but timing may be delayed if your bank delays the release. 

How do I disable Next Day Transfers?

You can turn off Next Day Transfers from the Payments tab of your auctioneer dashboard at any time and return to LivePayments 2x weekly disbursements.

Am I automatically opted-in to Next Day Transfers?

During the catalog set up, you will be able to select your transfer preferences. Next Day Transfers is the default option, but you can select 2x weekly transfers if you prefer.

If I disable Next Day Transfers, when will I get my next disbursement?

LivePayments disbursements are processed on Tuesdays and Fridays. They typically take 2-3 days to process.

Why was my transfer amount less than I expected?

Next Day Transfer fees are deducted from each transfer amount. For each transfer, the minimum fee is $1, and the maximum fee is $25. If you need to transfer less than $200, simply turn off next day transfers. Our standard three day disbursement option is still free to use.

This is my first sale with LivePayments, will I still be able to activate Next Day Transfers?

Yes, you can activate Next Day Transfers, but please note that your first disbursement with LivePayments can take up to 5-7 business days. All transfers after that will be on the next business day timeline.
