Why isn't my auctioneer login working?
First thing we suggest is that you try to reset your password by clicking here. Insert your username and click "send reset instructions." The link will be sent to the email we have on file for your account.
If you have enabled Staff Accounts, each person will have their own staff account. The general house username will no longer function as login credentials.
To find your staff username, please contact the System Administrator of the account. They will need to do the following:
- Click on "View List of Staff Members"
- Click on details next to the corresponding staff account
- Request a password reset
- The reset password link will be sent to the email listed for the respective user
