Removing Items From the EOA

In an effort to provide the most efficient and speedy service to our Auction House partners, you now have the ability to remove items from your End of Auction (EOA) report without requesting activation from the Support Team.

Simply check the box of the bidder you wish to remove an item for and select a reason for the removal.  The choices for removal are listed below:

Once submitted, an automated email will be sent to the bidder for confirmation.

If Approved, the item will be immediately crossed off of your EOA. If the bidder takes no action, the lot will auto-remove 7 days after filing the removal request.

Please note, should your EOA removal requests eclipse 5% of the items sold or a single item amount of $10,000, you will be alerted to contact support@liveauctioneers.com to request assistance with removal(s).
