Updating Your Shipping Policy and Invoice Message for LiveShipping
LiveShipping allows your U.S.-based bidders to generate and accept shipping quotes for items you offer, without ever having to leave your auction. To help ensure a positive experience for bidders, auction houses using LiveShipping are required to update their Shipping Policy and Invoice Messaging as follows:
Your shipping policy can be entered and modified during auction setup, under your auction > Auction Details > Policies. Once your auction is published, the Shipping Policy cannot be modified.
You can update and edit your invoice message during the auction setup process, while your catalog is online, and post-auction. Your Invoice Message can be found in your auctioneer dashboard under your auction > Auction Details > Policies.
We are working with LiveAuctioneers and their shipping partners to offer convenient shipping within the U.S. for purchases in this auction. A shipping fee may be included in this invoice. The fee includes item pick-up, packing, shipping, delivery, and insurance, based on the shipping address provided and the final sale price of the lots(s). If you plan to pick up the item, or would like to use a different shipping provider, you can simply update your shipping method during checkout using the Pay Now link above.
