If you run across a bidder requesting their invoice be sent to a different email address, you can do this by clicking on the white envelope icon next to their registered email.
Once you click on it, you will get a pop-up where you can type in the alternate email address.
From there, you can proceed with sending the invoice either individually or via the mailbag.
If you chose to send it through the mailbag, make sure you add the invoice to the mailbag before changing the email address.

If you run across a bidder stating that they are not receiving their invoice, please email support@liveauctioneers.com. Our team can check the system to see if the email address on file is receiving our emails. You can also instruct them to contact our bidder support team directly at info@liveauctioneers.com.
