Bidders you declined will show in the Declined section of your bidder management page (the Bidders tab on your catalog). You can locate the bidders in this section and approve them.
1. Find the Bidders tab on the top of your screen. Under "Manual Approval", click on "Declined". Bidders listed under "Declined" are the ones that you have declined from this sale.
2. To move a Declined bidder back to Approved, or Approved Limited, check the box to the left of the bidder's name and notice the additional line appear at the bottom.
3. Click the Approve button and the bidder will be moved back to the Approved list. To add a bid limit, select an amount from the drop down selection, and then click Approve. As seen below, the previously declined bidder is no longer on the Declined list.
