I have a bidder that won a lot but lives outside the U.S., and I do not ship outside the U.S. What should I do next?

Contact the bidder to let them know the item is not available for international shipping. Let them know the contact details of local shipping companies who could ship the item internationally. If alternate arrangements cannot be made, email support@liveauctioneers.com to request we remove the item from the EOA.
