This article describes the process for locating and contacting an underbidder.

Contacting an Underbidder

1. From the Seller Dashboard, click on the Auctions tab and select Post Auction.
2. Click on the Auction Title of the applicable auction.
3. Click on the EOA tab to access the End of Auction report.
4. Click on the Lot Title of the applicable lot.
5. Scroll down to the 'Bid History' section for the lot.
6. Click on the Message Bidder link to the right of the underbidder. A new window will open.
   • This option will be available if there was considerable interest in the lot.
   • If this option is not available to you, please contact our Seller Support team for assistance.
   • Please note: For bidder privacy reasons, we cannot provide underbidder information directly to any Auction House.
7. Enter the relevant details into the Subject and Email Body fields.
8. Click the Send button to send the message to the underbidder. For more details on messaging bidders, see Messaging Bidders.
