- From your Seller Dashboard, click on the Auctions button at the top of the page and select Post-Auction.
- Click on the title of the applicable auction.
- Click on the EOA button.
- The list of winning bidders will open. Check this list against your records for:
- Any lots sold to a floor bidder (any bidder outside LiveAuctioneers) but clerked to a LiveAuctioneers bidder.
- Any lots sold to a LiveAuctioneers bidder but clerked to a floor bidder (any bidder outside LiveAuctioneers).
- Any lots sold to a LiveAuctioneers bidder that are unavailable.
- If any of these should occur, remove the lot from the EOA report by following the steps below.
- The EOA should also be reviewed to look for incorrect Hammer Prices. If there are any incorrect Hammer Prices, they can be updated following the steps below.
Exporting the EOA
To export an EOA report, click on the Full Report link at the top of the EOA report. The winning bidder information will be exported on to an Excel spreadsheet.
Updating Hammer Prices & Passing Lots
Once your sale has completed, you will have the ability to adjust the Hammer Price for any lots that did NOT sell to a LiveAuctioneers bidder.
Update Individual Lots
- Access the EOA for the applicable auction.
- Click on the Hammer Prices link at the top of the EOA report.
-
Click in the Hammer field next to the applicable lot, enter the new hammer price, and hit the Enter key to Save the changes.
- A new page/tab will open displaying a confirmation message.
-
To pass a lot, check the Passed box next to the applicable lot.
- A new page/tab will open displaying a confirmation message.
- The pre-existing Hammer Price will be removed and the item will be marked as 'passed'.
- If a lot is inadvertently passed, uncheck the Passed box again to re-clerk.
NOTE: Hammer Price changes can take up to 24 hours to update on the LiveAuctioneers website.
Update Lots in Bulk
-
Create a spreadsheet with one column for Lot Numbers and one column with Hammer Prices.
- Both columns should only contain numbers.
- You do not need column headers/titles.
- The spreadsheet only needs to contain the lots that needs to be updated.
- For unsold lots, enter PASSED rather than a Hammer Price.
- Access the EOA for the applicable auction.
- Click on the Display link at the top of the EOA next to 'Advanced Hammer Price Management'.
- Copy the data from the two columns on your spreadsheet and paste them into the Advanced Hammer Price Management field.
- Click the Submit Price Updates button.
- The page will re-load and the data in the EOA report should now reflect the new data from your spreadsheet.
NOTE: Hammer prices changes can take up to 24 hours to update on the LiveAuctioneers website.
Removing Items from the EOA
Items can be deleted from the EOA by following these steps:
- Access the EOA for the applicable auction.
- Check the Remove Item box to the right of the item that needs to be removed.
- A drop-down menu will appear. Use the drop-down to select a reason for removing the item and click the Submit button. The available reasons for removal are:
- Clerking Error
- Item was Damaged
- No Longer Available
- Mutual Lot Cancellation
- Bidder Placed Accidental Bid
- Item Returned/Item Returned
- Once submitted, the item will be instantaneously removed from your EOA and an automated email will be sent to the customer to notify them of the lot removal:
