This article describes how to access and read the Auction Transcript at the end of a sale.

What is an Auction Transcript?
The Auction Transcript is a detailed report/history that outlines the activity between the clerking console and online bidders. The information is the transcript is only for informational purposes.
Accessing the Auction Transcript
Please note, occasionally transcripts may be unavailable or only partially available.
- From your Seller Dashboard, click on the Auctions tab and then select Post Auction.
- Click on the title of the applicable auction.
- Click on the Transcript tab.
- The Auction Transcript will load.
- The transcript will be listed in UTC time (UTC is 4 hours ahead of Eastern Time).
- Use the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl]+[F] and then type in the lot number to search for an item faster.
- When searching for a lot, the lot number must be entered as 4 digits.
- For example, if you were searching for Lot 4, you would enter '0004' and if you were searching for Lot 250, you would enter '0250'.
Reading the Auction Transcript
The Auction Transcript is a full report from our auction servers that may contain uncommon terms or abbreviations. Below are some of the abbreviations/terms you may see while reading the transcript:
- CSM: Clerk Sends Message
- CONL: Clerk Opened Next Lot
- Auction opened/loaded in DB: Auction has been moved to the live auction server. This typically occurs 15-30 min before the start of the auction.
- Bid Dropped: Bid is placed by an internet bidder but another bid was taken prior to the bidder.
- Absentee: Bid was placed/won by an absentee bidder.
- Internet/DesktopWeb: Bid was placed/won by a bidder on a non-mobile device.
- Android/iPhone/MobileWeb: Bid was placed/won by a bidder on a mobile device/app.
- Handling bid...: Server message
- Bidder #: Name given to any internet bidder that places a bid. Please note, these bidder numbers are not representative of the bidder's actual paddle number, vary from sale to sale, and are assigned at random.
- CXAV: Clerk stopped the A/V (audio/visual streaming) feed.
- yellow|rs: Yellow rounded square describes the visual representation of the message box.
