This article provides steps for launching the Clerking Console for Live Auctions.

Launching the Clerking Console
The Clerking Console is only available 5-10 mins prior to the auction start time. You may need to refresh the page if you logged in before this time frame. You should login to the console as soon as you can to ensure the console opens properly before the sale, and to give you time to setup any custom messaging.
- Login to your Seller Dashboard.
- Click on the Auctions menu at the top of the page and select Live Auctions.
- Click on the title of the applicable auction.
- Click on the LiveConsole button at the top of the page.
- Click on the Clerk button to the right of the applicable auction.
- The Clerking Console is only available 5-10 mins prior to the auction start time. You may need to refresh the page if you logged in before this time frame.
- The clerk console will open in a new tab/window.

Troubleshooting
Console Does Not Appear After Clicking the Clerk Button
If you click on the Clerk button on the LiveConsole page and nothing happens, try pressing Alt+Tab on your keyboard, or minimizing your main browser window. The Clerking Console may be open in a background window.
If that doesn't work, try closing and re-opening your browser. If that still does not work, we recommend trying a different browser and/or adjusting your pop-up blocker settings.
