Cross-Listing From Proxibid to LiveAuctioneers – LiveAuctioneers Admin

Auctioneers can cross-list Proxibid timed events on LiveAuctioneers with event creation, catalog upload and auction edits being made primarily on Proxibid - these actions in the most part will automatically synchronize with LiveAuctioneers.

Item	Consideration
Sequential Paddle Number	The seed for sequential paddle numbers should be significantly different between AuctionBuilder and LiveAuctioneers to ensure no crossover. The LiveAuctioneers paddle seed will automatically be set to start at 900. Ex. The Proxibid paddle seed in AuctionBuilder could start at 4,000, to avoid potential crossover.
Feature Image	The Feature image or auction “cover images” will not sync from AuctionBuilder to LiveAuctioneers. On LiveAuctioneers, when proofing and publishing your auction you can select 1-3 cover images from the auction catalog that best represent your event to be displayed on LiveAuctioneers.
Catalog Edits	Unless you are using Wavebid, catalog edits should be made primarily in AuctionBuilder. These changes, for the most part, will automatically synchronize with LiveAuctioneers within approximately 30 minutes. Images can take time to export and sync to LiveAuctioneers- up to several hours depending on the size of the catalog. Please consider this when setting the event's Start Time.
Reserves	Reserves will sync to LiveAuctioneers on cross-listed auctions. If Reserves need to be edited, they should be lowered to the next highest bid. Lowering reserves to $0 instead of the next highest bid may disrupt the lot's bid drive, resulting in loss of bids.
Auction Start Time	The auction Start Time needs to be at least 2 hours in the future when publishing your auction in AuctionBuilder. This will give users time to go into LiveAuctioneers and confirm all auction details before bidding begins.
atgPay/LivePayments	atgPay is not available on LiveAuctioneers, nor can it be used to charge LiveAuctioneers bidders. atgPay can only be used to charge Proxibid bidders. LivePayments can be used for LiveAuctioneers bidders. Although atgPay and LivePay are similar products, they should be treated as separate products, with separate enrollment/onboarding and features.
Sales Tax	Tax rates selected in AuctionBuilder will not sync to LiveAuctioneers. Sales tax will be set/collected in LiveAuctioneers via LivePayments. See the Set Taxes & Premiums article for more information.
