Reset Your Password

In order to simplify the password reset process, we have created a password reset link which you can find here: https://partners.liveauctioneers.com/forgot and on the Auctioneer's sign-in page, by clicking 'Forgot your password'.

You will need to put in your account username on this page to generate a password reset email. 

Once submitted you will receive a confirmation as well as a preview of the location of the email destination.

If you no longer have access to the email address please contact our support department during normal business hours in order to verify your identity and have your email address updated.

NOTE: If you do not receive the reset email within 15 min please check your spam/junk folder or search for the email subject 'Account Password Reset' from noreply@liveauctioneers.com.
