What is Cross-Listing to EstateSales.NET?

Built to maximize your hammer prices, cross-listing is a multi-marketplace integration from Auction Technology Group (ATG) that allows you to seamlessly list your auction on multiple ATG platforms.

When you list your auction on LiveAuctioneers, you can choose to cross-list your sale to our sister site EstateSales.NET. With 4.4 million monthly visits, EstateSales.NET is America’s leading site for estate sales, offering a new audience of potential buyers for your auctions.

Shoppers who discover your auction on EstateSales.NET will be directed to your catalog and lot pages on LiveAuctioneers where they can register and bid.

The ability to cross-list from LiveAuctioneers to EstateSales.NET is available as an Auctioneer Marketing Program (AMP) offering to approved auction houses, for a fee of $180 per month (for up to 5 sales per month).

Who is this program available to?

The option to cross-list from LiveAuctioneers to EstateSales.NET is available to approved* auction houses for a low monthly fee of $180 (up to 5 sales per month).

* Subject to fair usage, auction registration rules and relevant inventory and listing policies.


How many sales and lots can I cross-list to EstateSales.NET?

Currently, approved auction houses can list up to 5 sales per month. In the future we may increase these caps.

Cross-listing to EstateSales.NET is activated on my account. How do I cross-list my sale?

  1. Once enabled for cross-listing, you will see the option to cross-list to EstateSales.NET during the catalog upload step in your LiveAuctioneers auctioneer account, under Auction Details > Details & Date.  For any sales you choose not to cross-list, simply uncheck the box next to EstateSales.NET. Note: catalogs published on LiveAuctioneers prior to activation cannot be retroactively cross-listed onto EstateSales.NET.
  2. After reviewing your cross-listing settings, proceed with catalog setup. Upon proofing, your sale will be published on LiveAuctioneers and cross-listed to EstateSales.NET.  The first image belonging to  each of your lots will be published to EstateSales.NET.
  3. On EstateSales.NET, your sale and lot images will link back to your corresponding catalog and lots on LiveAuctioneers, where visitors can register and bid.

What information will appear on my cross-listed sale on EstateSales.NET?

The following attributes will appear on EstateSales.NET:

  • Auction Title
  • Sale Date
  • Auction Location
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Auction Description
  • Catalog URL
  • Lot Photo (the first image belonging to each of your lots will appear in your sale on EstateSales.NET)
  • Lot Title
  • Lot URL


How can I edit my cross-listed sale?

All sale edits must be made in LiveAuctioneers, from your auctioneer account. Edits to cross-listed sales are not supported in EstateSales.NET.

The following fields can be edited from your LiveAuctioneers account:

  • Auction Title
  • Sale Date
  • Auction Location
  • Terms & Conditions (cannot be edited after your first auction registration has been collected)
  • Auction Description
  • Catalog URL
  • Lot Photo (the first image of each of your lots)
  • Lot Title
  • Lot URL
  • Auction Location
