Logging In
Access the Auction House Login page by following this link or by scrolling to the bottom of any page on LiveAuctioneers.com and clicking on the Seller Sign In link.
Enter your login credentials and click the Log In button. Multiple users can be logged in at the same time using the same credentials.
For security purposes, after five invalid login attempts your IP will be blocked for one hour. You'll be able to try again once that time has passed.
Resetting Your Password
To reset a password, click the Forgot Password? link (or follow this direct link) on the Auction House Login page. A new page will open. Enter the Username associated with the seller account and then click the Send Reset Instructions button.
An email will be sent to the email address associated with that username containing steps on resetting the password.
If you do not receive the reset email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or search for the email subject 'Account Password Reset' from noreply@liveauctioneers.com.
