About Curators
Identifying your auction curators can help you to gain more trust and expertise amongst potential bidders.
Your expert curators will appear on item pages of the auction, as well as the auction's main page.
You may display up to two Auction Curators per catalog.
Add Curators to Your Account
Before a curator can be added to a catalog, they must first be added to your account.
To add a curator profile to your account, send an email to the Seller Support team with the following information:
- Curator's First Name and Last Name
- Curator's Email Address
- Title of the Curator
- Headshot (Optimal image size: 500px x 500px)
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your request. Seller Support will email you once the curator profiles have been successfully added to your account.
Add Curators to Your Catalog
Once a curator's profile has been added to your account, their name will appear as an option in the Curator 1 and Curator 2 drop-down menus when setting up your auction.
Deleting Curators From a Catalog
- From the Auction Setup tab, click the Complete button to the right of the applicable auction.
- On the Auction Details page, scroll down and click the Edit link to the right of the 'Auction Curators' section.
- Rather than selecting a name, select the blank space from the Curator 1 and Curator 2 drop-downs.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
