This article describes how to delete an auction from LiveAuctioneers.

Deleting an Auction in Build
Please note, deleted auctions cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.
If the auction has never been published and is still in the Building stage:
- Click on the Auction Setup tab from the Seller Dashboard.
- Scroll down and click the red X to the left of the applicable auction.
- A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Click the Ok button to continue.
- The auction will be removed from the auctions list.
- The auction will be removed from the auctions list.
If the steps above do not delete the auction, there may be a Curator linked to the auction that needs to be removed first. You can find steps on deleting a curator from an auction here. Once the curator has been removed, follow the steps above to try deleting the auction again.

Deleting a Published Auction
If the auction you'd like to delete has already been published, please contact our Seller Support team.
Deleting a Completed Auction
Completed/ended auctions cannot be deleted, as we retain this data for research purposes.
