Updating Your Company Information
- From the Seller Dashboard, hover over the Billing & Account tab and select Auctioneer Details.
- Update the applicable information under the 'My Details' section and click the Save button.
- Name: The name of your company/auction house.
- Address: Your company's physical address.
- Phone: Your primary company phone number.
- Fax: Your company fax number.
- Website: The URL for your company website.

Email: The best company email address that bidders can use to contact you.

Edit the About Us field, if needed, and click the Submit button.
- Emails and outside links/URLs are not permitted in the About Us field.
- This section supports HTML bold formatting using <b> tags.
- The information from this field will appear on LiveAuctioneers for bidders to see.
- Changes to the About Us field can take 1-2 business days to reflect.
