Making Edits to a Published Auction
You can edit the items below up to 2 hours before the auction begins.
Auction Details
- Auction Title
- Auction Date
- Bid Increments
- Invoice Message

Catalog Edits
These updates can be made via the All Items page:
- Lot Text/Lot Details
- Ex. Title, description, condition, reserve prices, etc.
- Lot Images
- Cover Lots

No changes can be made within 2 hours of the start of your auction. No changes can be done in that time frame or after the sale begins.
Restrictions
To uphold transparency and ensure a fair experience for all bidders, the following cannot be changed once your auction has been published:
- Changes to the Terms & Conditions cannot be made once the auction has been published, as bidders agreed to them to when they signed up for the auction.
- However, if you need to have typos or formatting issues corrected in the Terms & Conditions on a published auction, you can email the corrections to our Seller Support team to have those corrected.
- The Buyer’s Premium cannot be altered under any circumstances once the sale has been published.
- If using LivePayments: The Online Payments Fee (Passing / Absorbing) and Autopay settings cannot be changed.
- Note: If you intend to pass the online payments fee on to bidders, please ensure this is clearly stated in both your Terms & Conditions and Payment Policy.
- Other information (Preview Period, Start Time, etc.) cannot be altered after the live auction has started.
