Receiving Your LiveAuctioneers Invoice
ATG is a paperless company, therefore, physical mail is not distributed. An invoice is sent to the appropriate billing email address within a few business days of the end of an event. Invoices are sent from ar@auctiontechnologygroup.com. To update your billing information, please contact Seller Support or your Client Success Manager.
Cross-Listed Events
Billing for cross-listed auctions will generally be handled separately for LiveAuctioneers, Proxibid, and GAP. Depending on your setup, you may receive multiple invoices (one from each marketplace) and they will all be in your native currency. Your Client Success Manager should be able to review billing with you in more detail.
Pay by Credit Card or ACH
All invoices must be paid in full by the specified due date using a credit card, ACH, or one of the additional payment methods listed below.
Payment can be made via credit card or ACH by clicking the Pay Now button found on the emailed invoice (U.S. only) or by clicking the Pay Balance button found under the Billing & Account tab on your LiveAuctioneers Seller Dashboard.
Clients outside the U.S. can pay via credit card using the invoice link sent via Stripe. International customers also have the ability to pay via the Billing & Account tab on their LiveAuctioneers Seller Dashboard, as long as they are setup with USD billing.
Please note, credit card payments could be subject to a convenience fee of up to 3%.
Adding a Payment Method
- From your Seller Dashboard, click on the Billing & Account tab and select Billing.
- Click the Add New Payment Method link
- A pop-up window will open.
- A pop-up window will open.
- Click on either ACH Payment or Credit Card Payment and click the Continue button.
- Enter the payment method details and then click the Add Payment Method button.
- Only one Payment Method can be saved at a time.
If you attempt to submit your payment via ACH and receive the error message below, please confirm your banking details (especially your routing number) have been entered correctly.
Auto-Billing
Auto-Billing (automatic payments) runs on the 20th of every month and will automatically charge the card on file for the outstanding balance on the account. To enroll in Auto-Billing, please contact us at ar@auctiontechnologygroup.com.
You can update the credit card/ACH information on file for Auto-Billing by clicking the Add New Payment Method link on the Billing & Account tab on your LiveAuctioneers Seller Dashboard, The new Payment Method will replace the previously saved Payment Method.
Additional Payment Options
