This article describes the different sections found on the LiveAuctioneers Seller Dashboard.
This article contains the following sections:
Home Page
The Auctioneer Dashboard Home page, where you can view information about campaigns and events, tips, and more.
The center of the Seller Dashboard displays a graph of various auction statistics from the last 12 months. Click on the tabs along the top of the graph to change the data being displayed. Hover over the Information icon next to each to tab to learn more about that data set.
The right side of the Seller Dashboard also displays data from the last 12 months. Here again you can hover over the Information icon next to each item to see what is included in that data set.
The right side of the Dashboard also has button for setting up a new auction, and links to Updates and Tips relating to new product releases.
The bottom portion of the Seller Dashboard displays your recent Marketing Campaigns, as well as link to the LiveAuctioneers Seller Help Center.
Menu Tabs
Use the menu tabs along the top of the Seller Dashboard to access tools for managing your account and your auctions.

Auctions: Where you'll manage your upcoming, current, and recent auctions.
- Pre Auction: Any sales that have not been proofed or published.
- Live Auction: Any sales that have been proofed and published.
- Post Auction: Any sales that have commenced.
- Auction Setup: Build your auction, upload your catalog, and add images. Learn more here.

Bidders: View a list of all bidders registered for your upcoming auctions. Learn more here.
- Manual Approval: Manually approve/decline bidders. Learn more here.
- Automation Settings: Put automatic bidder approval settings in place. Learn more here.
- Lot Manager: Edit lot categories for your current auctions. Learn more here.
- LiveShip: Manage eLabels and Packing Inventory. Learn more here.
- Messages: See all communications between your auction house and bidders via LiveAuctioneers. Learn more here.
- Performance: View auction statistics by year, month, and sale. Learn more here.
- Marketing: Create and monitor your marketing campaigns. Learn more here.
- Payments: View your LivePayments transactions and disbursements. Learn more here.
- Reviews: View all reviews left by bidders for your auction house. Learn more here.
- Help: Access resources and forums where auctioneers share insights, ask questions, and vent bidder-related frustrations.
- Consignments: Bidders can submit items for consignment consideration. Auction Houses can browse submissions and reach out if interested. Learn more here.

Billing & Account: View your billing dashboard.
- Billing: Pay outstanding balances to LiveAuctioneers. Learn more here.
- My Info: Update your password. Learn more here.
- Locations: Manage locations where lots are stored and shipped from. Learn more here.
- Auctioneer Details: Update your auction house’s contact information, address, and other profile details. Learn more here.
- Staff: Add, edit, and manage staff accounts, including permissions and access levels. Learn more here.
