This article provides instructions for creating catalog lots individually as well as uploading lots via spreadsheet.

Important Reminders
Before You Begin:
- If you've enrolled in payment processing for firearms and ammunition under our LivePayments program, please review these Guidelines for additional set-up steps.
- Catalogs must contain between 50 - 1,250 items
- Lots/images cannot be added or edited within 2 hours of the start of the sale
Creating Individual Lots
- From the Seller Dashboard, click on the Auctions tab and select either Pre-Auction or Live, depending on the status of the auction.
- Click on the applicable auction title.
- For an unpublished auction, click on the Items tab and then click the Upload button under the 'Upload Single Item' section on the left side of the page.
- For a published auction, click on the All Items tab and then click on the Add New Item link at the top of the page.
- Fill in the details of the lot. The fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Images can be added to each lot now, or they can be added later. For more information about adding images, click here.
- Click the Save & Add More button at the bottom of the page. Continue adding lots until your catalog is complete.
Reminder: You can save your auction set-up at any time and publish it later. At least 50 lots must be added before an auction can be published.
Uploading a Catalog Spreadsheet (Bulk Upload)
Catalog spreadsheets must be formatted correctly prior to upload. For information on how to properly format a spreadsheet, click here.
- From the Seller Dashboard, click on the Auctions tab and select either Pre-Auction or Live, depending on the status of the auction.
- Click on the applicable auction title.
- For an unpublished auction, click on the Items tab.
- For a published auction, click on the Upload tab and then click on the Upload Text File link.
- Important: For auctions that already contain lots, only include your new lots in any subsequent spreadsheets you upload. Existing lot numbers cannot be overwritten.

- Click on the Choose File button under the 'Upload Items File' section on the right side of the page.

Select your .CSV file from your device and click the Upload button.
Your spreadsheet must to be saved as a .CSV or text-tab delimited file type.
If errors appear on the preview screen, scroll down to see the details, and hover over the red lines to view the exact errors. Correct your spreadsheet and re-upload.
Once the preview shows no errors, click the Save Items button.
After saving, proceed to uploading your images!
