- Click on the Add Shipping Quote button to open the Label Quote
- If a Label quote has already been offered on the invoice, you’ll see the details of the quote
- Review the details
- Click " Save " to add it to the invoice
- If a Label quote has not been offered on the invoice, you’ll need to create one in a few simple steps. Again, click on the Add Shipping Quote button to open the Label Quote:
- Select the package type
- Enter package dimensions and weight
- Adjust your packaging and handling fee, or your flat rate shipping fee
- Recalculate the quote
- Save it to the invoice!
NOTE: that if the invoice is already paid, adding a quote will result in a balance due, so you’ll need to send the invoice to the buyer.
