Now that my auction has ended, how can I see winning bidder information?
Sellers can view winning bidder information on either platform. Bidder information will be visible on the respective platform the bidder used to register for the auction. On AuctionMobility, LiveAuctioneers registrants will be listed as ‘marketplace bidder.’
Would you walk me through the post-auction experience for a Timed+ auction?
Invoices for AuctionMobility winning bidders are either managed through Auction Studio or auction houses can export the post-sale report and invoice on a platform of their choosing. Post-sale reports will display LiveAuctioneers bids/winners as “Marketplace”.
Invoices for LiveAuctioneers winning bidders are managed from the LiveAuctioneers portal. Auction house is responsible for creating, making adjustments to, and sending final invoices. Sale transcripts and End of Auction (EOA) reports are available from the LiveAuctioneers portal. You can Invoice Bidders and Mark An Invoice As Paid. All payments and disputes for LiveAuctioneers bidders are logged from the LiveAuctioneers portal.
Is the Performance tab on the LiveAuctioneers Seller Dashboard Timed+ compatible?
At this time the performance tab is not compatible with Timed+ auctions.
